In This Section

Tuition-based Preschool

RCS early childhood programs use the research-based HighScope preschool curriculum where adults and children are partners in play. Children learn through play-based interactions with the environment and other people.

Tuition is set at an annual cost for the school year. There is a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 per child or $120.00 per family. Payments are due on the 15th of the month from August - May.

Families registering after August 15th must pay tuition balance prior to child attending the first day of school.

A $10.00 late fee will be added to accounts for payments received after the 20th of each month.

A $25.00 transaction fee will be added to any account that comes back with insufficient funds.

3s Preschool

Tuition- 2 days a week: $2130.00 annual cost - 10 installments of $213.00

Tuition- 3 days a week: $3200.00 annual cost- 10 payments of $320.00

Tuition- 4 days a week: $4260.00 annual cost- 10 payments of $426.00

PreK 3 is for children who turn three on or before October 1st of the school year.

We recommend PreK 3 for children who turn 3 on or before September 1st.

Our tuition PreK 3 classes are offered 2 days a week (Tuesday/Thursday), 3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday), or 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) for 3 hours each day.

For the 2026-2027 School Year, Pre-K 3 will be offered at the RCS Early Childhood Education Center, Hampton Elementary, and North Hill Elementary.

3s Preschool (Blended)

Tuition: $4260.00 annual cost - 10 payments of $426.00

Blended PreK 3 is for children who turn three on or before October 1st of the school year.

We recommend Blended PreK 3 for children who turn 3 on or before September 1st.

Our tuition Blended PreK 3 classes are offered 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) for 3 hours a day.

For the 2026-2027 School year, Blended PreK 3 will be offered at North Hill Elementary.

Blended PreK programming is a partnership with RCS Special Education to create high-quality early childhood experiences that include both PreK students and Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) students. A PreK teacher and an ECSE Teacher work together to develop lesson plans and connect and communicate with families. They have the support of an ECSE para educator along with a team of RCS ancillary specialists.

4s Preschool

Tuition: $3200.00 annual cost - 10 payments of $320.00

PreK 4 is for children who turn four on or before December 1st of the school year.

We recommend PreK 4 for children who turn four on or before September 1st.

Our tuition PreK 4 classes are offered 3 days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) for 3 hours a day.

For the 2026-2027 School Year, PreK 4 will be offered at North Hill Elementary.
