Pre-K 3

Pre-K 3 is for children who turn three on or before December 1, 2024.

We recommend Pre-K 3 for children who turn 3 on or before September 1st.

For the 2024-2025 School Year, Pre-K 3 is offered at Hampton, North Hill, and University Hills.

Mrs. Colucci, Teacher

This is Mrs. Colucci's 8th year of teaching. She went to Western Michigan University. She says the best thing about teaching is "seeing the world and making new discoveries through the eyes of my 3 and 4 year old students."

Mrs. Colucci and her husband, Tony, have three children, daughter, Grace, and two sons, Jack and Luke. Her favorite color is purple, her favorite food is tacos, and she enjoys reading and swimming at her cottage on Lake Wixom.

Mrs. Egnatios, Assistant

This is Mrs. Egnatios' 14th year of teaching. She went to college at Hjorring College of Education in Denmark. She says the best thing about teaching is "the kids - their joy, curiosity, and wonder."

Mrs. Egnatios and her husband, Mark, have one son, Simon. They love to visit new places and watch movies. Her favorite color is blue, her favorite food is pasta, and she enjoys cooking, and reading.

Mrs. Rupert, Teacher

This is Mrs. Rupert's 4th year working as a Pre-K Teacher, she has spent 7 years as an Elementary Teacher. She went to college at Western Michigan University and holds a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching from Marygrove College. She says the best thing about teaching is "the students! I love seeing them make connections."

Mrs. Rupert and her husband Charlie have a son, Carter, and a daughter, Ellie. Her favorite color is blue, her favorite food is Thai food, and she enjoys gardening. She loves to watch her daughter fence & her son conduct the Rochester High School Marching Band as Drum Major.

Mrs. Ansari, Assistant

This is Mrs. Ansari's 3rd year with RCS Pre-K. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Science from India. She says the best thing about teaching is "to make a difference in kids' lives and watching them grow and change and I just really love how every little thing is so exciting for these kids."

Mrs. Ansari and her husband, Zahid, have been married for over 20 years and they have 2 children, Amr and Zayaan. Their family enjoys camping, traveling, and exploring new places and foods. Her favorite color is white and she enjoys listening to music and relaxing in her backyard.

Mrs. Szymkiw, Teacher

This is Mrs. Szymkiw's 5th year teaching preschool in RCS after six years of teaching elementary school. She went to college at Central Michigan University. She says that the best thing about teaching is "the new relationships and growth in a child."

Mrs. Szymkiw lives in Oakland Township with her husband and three daughters, Kyla, Sadie and Violet. Her favorite food is pasta and her favorite place to visit is Metamora, MI. She enjoys family time and relaxing outside.

Mrs. DelRosario, Assistant

This is Mrs. DelRosario's 4th year teaching preschool in RCS and 13th year overall in early childhood. She has her Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She says the best thing about teaching is "working with preschool aged children and seeing how much they learn, grow, and make new friendships throughout the school year."

Mrs. D and her husband Gil have 3 children- a first grader at North Hill and a 7th and 8th grader at Hart Middle School. Her children are very involved in sports so you will frequently find her at the soccer or football fields or on the sidelines at a basketball court. Her favorite color is pink, her favorite drink is coffee and she enjoys the outdoors and spending as much free time as possible at the beach.

This is Mrs. Fieblekorn's 6th year working as a Pre-K Assistant. She went to college at Albrecht Durer College in Dusseldorf, Germany. She says the best thing about teaching is "getting to know children and seeing them grow throughout the school year."

Mrs. Fiebelkorn lives with her husband, Todd, her daughter, Laren, her son, Max, and two cats. Her favorite color is purple and she enjoys reading and baking. Mrs. Fiebelkorn has visited 29 different countries!
