Mr. Neil DeLuca, Principal


Before becoming our Principal, Mr. DeLuca worked as an Assistant Principal and teacher at RHS in the social studies department for fifteen years. In that role, he has served as Senior Class advisor, teacher leader and football coach. Mr. DeLuca holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and History from Oakland University, a Masters degree in Education Leadership from Wayne State, and an Education Specialist degree from Oakland University. He and his wife Terri have two children, Angelo and Giuliana and reside in Macomb Township. Mr. DeLuca is extremely proud to say he's a Falcon!

Mr. Casey Wescott, Assistant Principal

Mr. Wescott has been in the Rochester Community School district for 16 years. Prior to being assistant principal, Mr. Wescott taught at Adams High School in the area of social studies, coached, served as a RCS teacher leader and grading committee member, and served as the interim RHS assistant principal for the 2012-2013 school year. Mr. Wescott holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, a master’s degree from Marygrove College, and a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Oakland University. At RHS, Mr. Wescott serves students with last names A-K.

Mr. Josh Wrinkle, Assistant Principal

Mr. Wrinkle first joined Rochester Community Schools as a science teacher at Adams High School in 2011. While at Adams, Mr. Wrinkle was also a football and track coach, a science teacher leader, and part of the RCS District NGSS transition team. Mr. Wrinkle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Michigan State University. He and his wife, Sarah, have one son, Jack. At RHS, Mr. Wrinkle serves students with last names L-Z.
