Thank you for your patience as we are work to resolve all issues with some computers not being able to open the PDF files.  Please try the solutions listed below before contacting our office.

1.  Make sure you have installed the free software, Adobe Acrobat Reader, before trying to open the PDF files. 

2.  If you have a personal firewall on your computer, this may prevent you from downloading the file.  Disable your firewall, then try downloading.

3.  On Windows PC's, if left clicking on the file does not open it, try right-clicking, then left click on "Save Target As".  Then save the file to your hard drive, and try opening it from there.

4.  If you have any "Pop-up Blocker" software on your computer, you may need to bypass it, as the menus open in a separate window.
