Welcome to Rochester Community Schools Purchasing Department Information

According to the Revised School Code [MCl 380.623a, 380.1267 & 380.1274] the State of Michigan sets a base amount above which a local or intermediate school district must obtain competitive bids for construction, renovation, remodeling, repair, or the procurement of supplies, materials and equipment according to specific guidelines. The Completitive Bid base amount for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 has been set at $23,881.00 as of September 28, 2017.

In the attached folders you will find documents for current projects or purchases that require competitive bids, and also for services or projects for which the district desires proposals.

Rochester Community Schools has partnered with BidNet as part of the MITN Purchasing Group to post bid opportunities to this site.  As a vendor, you can register with the MITN Purchasing Group and be sure that you see all available bids and opportunities.
