Digital Citizenship Week

Media Balance & Well-Being

October 18-23 is Digital Citizenship Week.

This year, we are going to focus on media balance and digital well-being. Just like eating too much junk food isn't healthy for our bodies, consuming too much technology can negatively impact our lives. Throughout the week, students will share strategies they use to have a more balanced digital lifestyle. There is also a collection of Family Resources you can explore to begin talking with your learner about the importance of media balance.
