You can be a hero by using the Meadow Brook problem solving process (PSP) if someone is doing something you don't like: 1. Name the behavior - Tell the person what they're doing that you don't like (for example - "You're calling me names"). 2. Name your feelings - Tell the person how it makes you feel (for example - "it makes me feel sad and frustrated). 3. Name an alternative - Tell the what they might do differently (for example - "please don't call me names"). 4. If none of that works, ask a trusted adult for help. Be a hero...problem solve!
