There is a known issue with Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) not displaying the log-in page for myRCS. Users will see a blank page when trying to access the log-in screen.Follow the steps provided below to open the website in compatibility mode.

a) Open Internet Explorer 10 in the desktop and go to

b) Press the 'Alt' key and click on Tools.

c) Click on 'Compatibility View Settings' and type the URL of the website and click on 'Add'.

d) Now try to access the website and check if the issue persists.
