RCS has once again been named to the Advanced Placement District Honor Roll by the College Board for increasing the number of students participating in AP classes and increasing the percentage of students earning AP exam scores of 3 or higher. RCS is one of 16 Michigan districts recognized for this academic achievement. In the spring of 2018, there were 20 AP courses offered at the three high schools, and 1,775 RCS students took 3,310 AP exams.
