CTE Recognition

Each high school chooses one recipient a year that exemplifies career readiness in CTE by completing one or more programs of our 13 CTE programs, participating in CTE leadership through BPA, DECA, MITES, Robotics, or HOSA, showing application in work based learning opportunities and is a CTE ambassador at their school.

It is my pleasure to share with you this years' CTE of the year award recipients. These students have been nominated by their teachers at their home school and presented with a certificate from Oakland Schools at an award ceremony with fellow CTE students from across the county.
