Rent RCS Facilities
Our buildings are normally available to rent after school and on weekends per the Policy for Use of School Facilities. Reservation requests are made online using the links below. Rental requests must be made online at least 2 weeks in advance.
Please note: the district has a new online reservation system. See below for instructions to create a new account or to change your password if you have rented spaces from RCS in the past 2-3 years.

This page will be updated when facility rental requests can be entered for the 2023-2024 school year.
Auditorium rental requests must be made via email at least a month in advance and will require additional time for approvals.
Field/Stadium Rentals
For athletic field rentals, please click on the Field Rental Request button below to email our partner RARA with your request. Include all of the following in your email: specific date(s), times needed, your team or organization, and your 1st and 2nd choice of school. Field requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.

FAQs for Requesting a Space
- Why do I see the message "A user with that e-mail address already exists" during my new-account setup? A limited number of users with active or recent requests are already transferred into the new request portal. Please follow the prompts to reset your password, then login and update your information.
- What are the insurance requirements? RCS Insurance for Facility Rentals (link added) Facility users must provide proof of general liability insurance in the form of an uploaded certificate of insurance showing general liability insurance policy limits in an amount of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. The certificate of insurance should include an endorsement that names Rochester Community Schools as an "additional insured."
