Rochester Community Schools utilizes the Peachjar platform for distribution of electronic materials to the school community in order to minimize intrusions for students and employees.
Rochester Community Schools guidelines and rates for distribution of advertisements through electronic flyers, 2025-26
All e-flyers will be distributed through Peachjar.com. Peachjar and RCS fees may apply.

*Proof of non-profit status must be provided.
The activity must:
- Benefit children
- Not compete with RCS enrichment programs
- Be offered within the cities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, or Oakland Township
- Be no more than one page, front and back
- Contain the statement, “Rochester Community Schools does not support or endorse any of the organizations, activities or events identified in this flyer.”
- Be pre-approved by RCS community relations and enrichment departments
The district fee for approved flyers must be pre-paid with a credit card in Eleyo.
- To set up an Eleyo account:
- Go to: https://rochesteronline.ce.eleyo.com/. Click on “Log in now” to create a new account
- Type in all necessary fields. When finished, click “Create account.”
- Go to: https://tce.me/j8cBx4 or scan the QR code below to select subscription type for your payment.
- Call or email the communications department with any questions at 248-726-3137 or email communityrelations@rochester.k12.mi.us.
To submit your approved flyer, log in or create an account in Peachjar:
- Go to Peachjar.com.
- Click on the “Sign up” link in the upper right corner.
- Under “Community organization,” click “Join.”
- Type in all the necessary fields. When finished, click “Submit.”
Once the district advertising fee has been paid, please allow up to two weeks for e-flyers to be processed and approved through the Peachjar site.
