Rochester Community Schools utilizes the Peachjar platform for distribution of electronic materials to the school community in order to minimize intrusions for students and employees.

All e-flyers will be distributed through Peachjar.com. Peachjar and RCS fees may apply.

District advertising fees for July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Single Flyer	$350	$175
Yearly (12 max.)	$750	$375
Unlimited	$4000	$2000

*Proof of non-profit status must be provided.

The activity must:

• Benefit children
• Not compete with RCS enrichment programs
• Be offered within the cities of Rochester, Rochester Hills, Auburn Hills, or Oakland Township
• Be no more than one page, front and back
• Contain the statement, “Rochester Community Schools does not support or endorse any of the organizations, activities or events identified in this flyer.”
• Be pre-approved by RCS community relations and enrichment departments
