Note that all correspondence with the Board of Education is a matter of public record and therefore requires your full name and mailing address. Communications which do not include this information will not be included as part of the public record. A phone number and email address are not required, but are helpful if we need to contact you or provide follow-up information.

Your phone number, email and street address will be removed from your correspondence before it is published in the board packet or the board correspondence folder. In an effort to keep communications open between the Board of Education and the RCS administration, the superintendent and the executive director of strategic communications will be copied on email sent to board members. The board members will respond to those emails.
Emails received by noon on the Wednesday prior to each Board of Education meeting will be included in the board packet.
