Note that all correspondence with the Board of Education is a matter of public record and therefore requires your full name and mailing address. Communications that do not include this information will not be included as part of the public record. A phone number and email address are not required, but are helpful if we need to contact you or provide follow-up information.

Your phone number, email and street address will be removed from your correspondence before it is published in the board packet or the board correspondence folder. Additionally, attachments will not be included in the board packet.
In an effort to keep communications open between the Board of Education and the RCS administration, when All Board Members is selected, the superintendent, the executive director of strategic communications, as well as the executive assistants to the superintendent and deputy superintendent will be copied on emails. The board members will respond to those emails.
Correspondence received by noon, three business days prior to each Board of Education meeting, will be included in the board packet. For example, the deadline for a Monday Board meeting would be the prior Wednesday at noon.
