All athletes are required to have a current physical on file before they may participate in practice or competition. It must be dated after April 15, 2012 to be considered a current physical. Please use the RCS Physical Form found in the links below.

Track season begins April 8, 2013. Practice will be held from 2:35-4:45 everyday unless school is cancelled. Please dress for the weather. All students, including 6th graders may participate, however, only 7th and 8th graders will compete interscholastically in track meets. For more information, visit the Track folder below.
See the "Pay Online" link below to make pay to participate payments. We still need the contract to come to school with the athlete but take away the worry about getting the check to school by paying online. Please print and attach a copy of the receipt to your signed play to play form before returning to the coach.
