Powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution belong to the states or the people. |
Women have the right to vote. |
The limit on the number of times a President could be elected: two four-year terms. It has one exception for a Vice-President who assumes the Presidency after the death or removal of the President, making the maximum term of any President to 10 years. |
U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older have the right to vote. (Previously, they had to be 21 years old.) |
