Powers not given to the federal government by the Constitution belong to the states or the people.


Women have the right to vote.

The limit on the number of times a President could be elected: two four-year terms.

It has one exception for a Vice-President who assumes the Presidency after the death or removal of the President, making the maximum term of any President to 10 years.

U.S. citizens who are 18 years of age or older have the right to vote. (Previously, they had to be 21 years old.)
