In order for RPMS to run smoothly and provide adequate support to the RHS Instrumental Music Program, it is necessary to have committee chairs for every committee and extensive parent involvement. The entire Executive Board and 90% of our committee chairs are working parents. If every band parent gives a little bit of their time and talent, the load is manageable and we are able to provide the support that our band students and director need to maintain the degree of excellence that RHS Bands are known for. In order to avoid "volunteer" burn out, we ask that for each student you have enrolled in Marching Band, families sign up to chaperone or volunteer for a minimum of one Falcon Marching Band event.
