Senior All-Night Party Planning

Senior All-Night Party for the Class of 2017

Senior Parents Needed!
Join the fun and be a part of the Senior All-Night Party Committee!
List of Volunteer Positions:
  • Cargo Hold   Volunteers handle the bags students are given to store their personal items and prizes. In the morning, bags are passed out as kids leave. Finding donors for approx. 400 bags is also needed.
  • Casino Committee   Members go through training to be casino dealers a couple weeks before the party. Will need to meet 2-4 times before June.
  • Clean Up   Volunteers are needed to help with taking down decorations and packing up food items on June 5th.
  • Decorations   On the day of graduation, volunteers are needed to put up decorations for the party at the school and at end of party, to take decorations down.
  • Entertainment   Volunteers are needed to hire the entertainment and to tend to the various activity stations for students throughout the evening. Volunteers will need to meet a few times before the party for details and instructions.
  • Food   This committee gets food for the party from donations and from purchases. Volunteers are needed to 1) get the food to the school and set up the food tables, 2) work food stations during the party, and 3) clean up at the end of the night.
  • Fundraising
  • Goodie Bags
  • Memory Lane Volunteers assemble a scrapbook-type keepsake for display at the party and for kids to take home. They send out a letter to parents in March asking for 2-3 pictures of kids and a personal letter, then assemble the pages. Will need to meet 1-2 times.
  • Party Night Volunteers
  • Prizes   This committee gets prizes for the raffle and for kids’ cargo bags. Will meet 6-7 times before June and in Nov. to plan some power shopping on Black Friday. At the party, volunteers draw raffle numbers and distribute prizes at the end of the party.
  • Registration/Check-In
  • Security   Volunteers are needed to tend to the doors during the party. Good job for Dads.
  • Set-Up Volunteers
  • Solicitations for Donations  Volunteers solicit and send letters to local businesses for donations, prizes, and food, then follow up to provide receipts, thank you notes, and a poster.
  • Tickets  Volunteers keep track of ticket purchases, check permission slips, and turn in payments to the treasurer to deposit.
  • Transportation
