Mr. Charles Rowland III, Principal

Charles Rowland III - PrincipalMr. Rowland is a true Falcon! From 2002 through 2009, he served as Assistant Principal at RHS, then left to become the principal at Hampton Elementary. After being at Hampton for two years, he came back in 2011 to serve as our RHS Principal. Prior to being in Rochester, Mr. Rowland held elementary and middle school administrative positions with Clarkston Schools.

Mr. Rowland resides in Rochester Hills with his wife Rachel and son Devon. He is proud to be at Rochester High and to work with the students, staff, and parents of this great learning community.

Mr. Neil DeLuca, Assistant Principal

Before becoming our Assistant Principal, Mr. DeLuca worked as a teacher her at RHS in the social studies department for seven years. In that role, He has served as Senior Class advisor, teacher leader, and football coach. Mr. DeLuca holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and History from Oakland University, a Masters degree in Education Leadership from Wayne State, and an Education Specialist degree from Oakland University. He and his wife Terri have a son Angelo and reside in Macomb Township.

His primary responsibilities include students with the last names beginning with the letters L-Z. Mr. DeLuca is extremely proud to say he's a Falcon and looks forward to an exciting school year.

Mr. Wescott is an Interim Assistant Principal for the 2012-2013 school year here at RHS. He has taught social studies for the past nine years at Adams High School and coached football, softball, and volleyball. He earned his Bachelor's Degree at Western Michigan University and obtained his Master's at Marygrove College. Most recently, he served as Assistant Principal to the Rochester Summer Learning Program this past summer.
