The Reuther Guidance Program is developed toward meeting the unique social, personal, and academic needs of students in this period of transition and development. The middle school years, ages 10-14, as viewed as primarily the time for a child to explore and learn more about his or her "self." Thus, our counselors concentrate their energies and skills in helping these students gain knowledge of their needs, values, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
