Enrichment Registration and Refund Policies

Enrichment Information

General Information: Brochures are mailed 3 times annually to district residents. Classes are funded by your fees. Classes that do not meet established minimums will have to be cancelled. Full refunds will be given for classes cancelled by Enrichment. Adult classes are open to persons age 18 and older, unless otherwise indicated.

4 Easy Ways to Register:

PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!! Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment.

  2. MAIL-IN: Make checks payable to Rochester Community Schools or use AmEx, Discover, VISA or MasterCard. If you wish to receive a receipt, you must enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Mail to: Rochester Community Schools Enrichment Department, 501 W. University Drive Rochester, MI 48307
  3. PHONE-IN: Register with AmEx, Discover, VISA or MasterCard Monday-Friday by calling (248) 726-3165, from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
  4. WALK-IN: Register in person at the Enrichment Office, 501 W. University Dr., Rochester. We accept AmEx, Discover, VISA or MasterCard, personal checks and cash in the exact amount.
Class Confirmation: When you register for any RCS Enrichment class, you won't hear from us unless: 1) There is a change in class time or day; 2) The class is cancelled or full; or, 3) You send a self-addressed stamped envelope for a receipt. If you register online you will receive a confirmation by email if you submit your email address.
Cancellations and Postponements: If Rochester Community School buildings are closed due to weather or other emergency conditions, Rochester Community Services Enrichment classes are also cancelled. Whenever possible, cancelled classes will be made up; if make-up dates are arranged no refunds will be given. Students in the Rochester School District have priority in the use of school buildings for school functions. On occasion, classes might be relocated or suspended for a night because of building activities; we will give advance notice when possible. If group swim lessons can not be made up, open swim passes will be issued.
Material Fees: All material fees listed in class descriptions are payable to the instructor at the first class, unless otherwise indicated. Before purchasing supplies, check with the office to be sure your class will be meeting.
Senior Discounts: Senior adults (60 and over) are eligible for a 20% discount on some language & computer classes, and others where indicated.
