Registration Policies
• All registrations must be made at least 3 business days prior to the start date of the class
• Any registrations made after the deadline will be assessed a $10.00 late registration fee
• No registrations will be taken after the start of the second day of the class 

Refund Policies
General Class Refund Policy
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of a class will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class will receive a partial refund, totaling the full refund minus a $25 processing fee 
• Cancellations due to an emergency that are made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee if
   approved by the Enrichment Department
• Any cancellations made after the start of the second class will not receive a refund

Special Class Refund Policies
• This policy includes all private or semi-private swim lessons, private music lessons, one-on-one tutoring, Lifeguarding, WSI, LGI, or punch card passes.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of a class will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee
• Any cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class will not receive a refund
• Cancellations due to an emergency that are made less than 7 days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund, minus a $10 processing fee if
   approved by the Enrichment Department
• Punch cards will not be refunded or replaced for any reason as they have no expiration date
