Enrichment for Youth and Adults
The Summer 2012 Community Education & Enrichment Program Guide is available on our web site and is in the process of postal delivery to district homes. Registration is open, and new for summer camps and classes, you may register On-Line with a credit card for the activities you chose! Select the link at the bottom of this page, or on the district web page select Online Payments, and make your choice for registration from our Summer Enrichment classes, camps and activities. You can still give us a call or come in to our department at the Administration Center to register. See all the Summer and Winter-Spring Program Guides and Flyers at the bottom of this page.

Our popular lifelong learning programs offer approximately 1500 classes year-round to people of all ages. The Rochester Community Education and Enrichment Program Guide is mailed to all Rochester Community Schools district residents in August, December and April each year. B.A.S.E.S. (Before/After School Enrichment Services for elementary school students) and Intramural (after-school activities and sports for middle school students) flyers are sent home with the students in September and January, and are also available at the bottom of our Enrichment web page. Watch for Language classes for Pre-school and Elementary students in our Fall and Winter 2012-2013 BASES flyer coming home with your Elementary student in September and January!
Your Summer Program Guide is below on our web page and will be arriving in RCS district homes; please feel free to peruse our guide online and call us to register or register on-line with a credit card for camps, activities, and classes for both youth and adult, and for adult, teen and private and semi-private swim lessons. You may also mail in the form from the online guide or come into our office to register.
For Elementary Students, the winter-spring B.A.S.E.S. activities are open for registration, and many spring after school sports and activities are still available. B.A.S.E.S. PD Day Golf Clinic and Gardening for Kids Camp will be held on May 4th. See the flyer at the bottom of this page.
For Middle School Students the after-school Intramural Flyers for Spring are available online below by school and were distributed to students at school on March 23, 2012. They will also be available on each middle school web page. The popular sports, arts, drama, bowling, wall climbing, clubs and fun activities fill up quickly so REGISTER EARLY to avoid disappointment. If you seek a scholarship to help with costs follow the information on each flyer early; the process takes time and registration limits fill fast.
For registration policies, click on our links at the bottom of the Enrichment page. Registration is available immediately for all classes and activities except for Summer Group Swim Lessons. See page 48 and 49 of the Summer Enrichment Program Guide for the early lottery instructions for group swim lessons. Double check our refund policies on page four of the Enrichment guide, or in the folder at the bottom of this Enrichment page. Please read them carefully, especially for camps, private music lessons, Life Guarding, LGI & WSI classes, and semi-private & private swim lessons refund information.
