Enrichment for Youth and Adults

 

The Summer 2013 Rochester Community Education & Enrichment Program Guide is available on our web site and was delivered to district homes in April.  Registration is open, and keep in mind that you may register On-Line with a credit card for the activities you choose! Select the link at the bottom of this page, or on the district web page select Online Payments, and "sign in" to make your choice for registration from our Summer Enrichment swim lessons, classes, camps and activities, and during the school year, for B.A.S.E.S. and Intramural After School classes and camps.  You can still give us a call, mail in the registration form from the guide, or come in to our department at the Administration Center to register. Summer hours during June 17th - August 22nd, are Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. See the Summer 2013 Program Guide at the bottom of this page. 

Summer is the best time for Youth and Adult American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim lessons (including Private and Semi-Private lessons), Youth Sports Camps with district Athletic Coaches, and fun, engaging youth camps for all interests. This summer, treat your children and yourself to smiles and laughter with Music, Art, Camp Invention, Girl & Boys Empowered Camps, Gymnastic Training Center Fun Camps, Mad Science Camps, Language Adventure Camps, Safety Town Camp for Ages 4-6, Chess Camp, and classes in Karate, Golf and Tennis. Youth Sports Camps for every age from Kindergarten to High School are organized and coached by district Varsity Coaches. For adults we offer Fitness, Tennis, Golf, Karate, Instrumental Music, Motorcycle Riding Courses, Leisure classes of all varieties, and classes to learn or brush up on your Microsoft Office skills over the summer. 

For registration policies, click on our links at the bottom of the Enrichment page. Registration is available immediately for all classes and activities. Double check our refund policies on page four of the Enrichment guide, or in the folder at the bottom of this Enrichment page. Please read them carefully, especially for camps, private music lessons, Life Guarding, LGI & WSI classes, and semi-private & private swim lessons refund information.

 Our popular lifelong learning programs offer approximately 1500 classes year-round to people of all ages. The Rochester Community Education and Enrichment Program Guide is mailed to all Rochester Community Schools district residents in August, December and April each year. B.A.S.E.S. (Before/After School Enrichment Services for elementary school students) and Intramural (after-school activities and sports for middle school students) flyers are sent home with the students in September and January, and are also available at the bottom of our Enrichment web page.
