Summer Learning Program Registration: Now Online
Registration for the 2012 Summer Learning Program for Grades 6-12 and payment will now be completed online and begins Monday, April 16th. The online registration is a three-step process:
- Obtain a completed Authorization Form from your child’s counselor.
- Set up your family’s Household Profile in the Rochester Community Schools Registration and Online Payments website.
- Register and pay for classes online with a credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover).

Tools for Planning Your Coursework at RHS
Students are encouraged to use this Four Year Course Selection Planning Form to assist their selection of courses throughout their high school years.

In addition, be informed of the Academic Recognition structure that will start with the graduating class of 2015 and replace the current structure of Valedictorian, Salutatorian, and Top 10.
PaySchools: Secure Online Payments for School-Related Purchases and Fees
Parents and students are now able to pay online for many school-related costs, such as participation in sports or clubs, equipment or textbook fines, student newspaper subscription, athletic event tickets, field trip registrations, planners, transcripts, dance tickets, and parking permits. "MyRCS" for Students
Through the "myRCS" site, students are able to access files on their school home drive folder and view your current grades. Download a copy of the myRCS student instructions here.
"MyRCS" for Parents
Parents are able to access their child's school information through the district's information web portal "myRCS." On this web site, you're able to view your son or daughter's attendance records, class schedule, assignments, and current course grades, with information being updated nightly. Each Rochester Community Schools family has a family login and password. For access instructions or questions, email myrcshelp@rochester.k12.mi.us. Student Email Accounts Through Rochester Community Schools
All students are encouraged to use their district email accounts @rcs-k12.org. These accounts are intended for school use for emailing teachers, classmates, and others for group work and school-related projects.
