Volunteer Committee

With A Little Help From Our Friends!

Volunteering with the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is both fun and important to our school.

Being a part of the PTA is a great way to meet other families, develop friendships and create a support network for you and your family. Volunteering also strengthens Brewster Elementary and your children's learning experience. All of our school's social and academic programs, as well as financial support for teacher resources and assemblies, are accomplished by Brewster parents working together.

There is a place in Brewster PTA for every parent. Whatever time you can contribute is appreciated and makes a huge impact on the school, the programs and the children. Brewster PTA committees have opportunities in the evening and on weekends to accommodate both working and stay-at-home parents.

To volunteer, please print the second page then fill out your contact information and mark the activities you would be interested in. For complete descriptions of the current PTA committees and their chairpersons, open the "PTA Committees and Chairpersons" document.

Studies have shown that one of the best ways to help ensure your children's academic success is to become actively involved with their school. Every hour you can volunteer contributes to that!

Please return your volunteer form to the PTA mailbox in the office or to your student's classroom teacher by. Please contact us if you have any questions.

On behalf of the PTA board, committees, school and children, we thank you for any time you can volunteer. This is the beginning of a fun, successful year!
