Cost: $100.00 per exam

Registration period: February 1st – March 11th

Late registration will be March 12th - March 18th

Students registering during the late registration period will be assessed a $20.00 late charge.

  • Allow 1-3 business days for requests to be processed.
  • Once a transcript has been sent, Parchment Secure Transcript will send you a confirmation email that your transcript was sent and again to confirm a college has received it.
  • You may also request a transcript be mailed. Confirmation is given that it was sent, but not that it was received.
  • AHS cannot fulfill requests to send ACT or SAT test scores to colleges. Request those directly from the testing agency, www.actstudent.org or www.satcollegeboard.org.

Junior Information

JUNIOR MEETINGS

Counselors met with Juniors on September 23 & 24 to discuss junior year planning as well as preparation for senior year and the college application process. Students were given a packet of information that is available for download here: Junior Meeting Packet - 2015

CAREER CRUISING FOR JUNIORS 

  • Career Cruising must be updated for all juniors before schedules are input in March. You can access your career cruising at:  www.careercruising.com
  • You will need to enter the initial user name: Rochester and initial password: Adams and Click "log in"
  • You will then need to log into your EDP using your personal username and Password.
  • You will then need to log into your EDP using your personal username and Password. Your username will follow this format: User Name: RCS- the first letter of your first name, the first 5 letters of your last name, followed by the last 4 of your student number. 

*Example: RCS-astude1234, Password:  your password will be your birth date in 8-digit format (Example: 01031998)

  • You will then be prompted to change your password which you should update to your MyRCS password (Example: rcsas1234)
  • Please update your Career Cruising so that your status reaches 100%, including updating your junior year courses (if needed) and inputting your planned courses for senior year.

Freshman Information

CAREER CRUISING FOR FRESHMAN

Career Cruising must be updated for all Freshman. You can access your career cruising at: www.careercruising.com

You will need to enter the initial user name: Rochester and initial password: Adams and Click "log in"

You will then need to log into your EDP using your personal username and Password.

Your username and password are the same as they have been for Career Cruising, and follow this format:

User Name: RCS- and the first letter of your first name, the first 5 letters of your last name, followed by the last 4 of your student number. (this information should be the same as your log-in for MyRCS, only adding the RCS- in front of your usual log-in information. User Name Example: RCS-asmith1234

Password: The first letter of your first name, and the first letter of your last name, followed by the last 4 of your family number (this information should be the same as your password for MyRCS, only taking away the RCS that is now in front of your password). Password Example: as1234

Please update your Career Cruising so that your status reaches 100%, including updating your freshman year courses (if needed) and inputting your planned courses for sophomore year. You do not need to print a copy, but your status must reach 100%.
