April 25th; U.S. News & World Report published their selection of the 2017 Best High Schools highlighting top-performing public schools on a state and national level. We are pleased to announce Rochester Adams High School was awarded a Gold Medal and was ranked 4th in the State of Michigan and 319 nationally.

U.S. News differentiates high schools with gold, silver and bronze medals. Their report includes detailed information on more than 22,000 public high schools, including school-specific data on enrollment, ethnicity, location, school type, graduation rates and results of state assessment proficiency tests, and Advanced Placement, tests. By using this data and a comprehensive methodology, the schools were given a college readiness index score, with the top schools receiving a gold, silver or bronze medal and in the case of gold and silver schools, a numerical ranking.
